I didn't get to cuddle the baby close right after birth. There was always something wrong with them, and usually with me. After Ethan, I quit hoping for any type of ideal, and went in praying that the complications wouldn't cost anyone their lives. ALL my babies went to the NICU for at least a short while. I know the emotional pain of things not going the way you wanted, or the resentment you might feel toward your own body for "betraying" you and your dreams.<BR/>It has helped me through my rougher patches to remember that the Lord loves me and won't give me more than I can bear. I admit that I have been in disagreement with Him on that, but with His help, I've survived. We will be hoping and praying for you. I am so amazed at all you are able to do! You inspire me!Marenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05157838905955915320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7444752666375486356.post-76663491970022481222009-02-17T09:40:00.000-07:002009-02-17T09:40:00.000-07:00It's always great to hear from your bunch. I didn't think that day would ever come so i'm glad she is doing great. the potty things...another story, best of luck there. I had a feeling the first time that it would end up in a c-section so i was alittle mentally prepared, but i was more scared the second time and i had opt to go ahead with a repeat c-section. I get nervous either way. It seemed i was more sore in the recovery this time, but it could have been because i came home sooner. No matter what ends up happening, you will be blessed either way!ainsThe Jones Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01365585022500973258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7444752666375486356.post-81496356257971556862009-02-17T03:49:00.000-07:002009-02-17T03:49:00.000-07:00I so hope that you are able to get your VBAC. I was depressed for quite a while after my first cesarean, but in the end I just had to tell myself that I needed to be thankful that both my baby and I were okay.Sara Birchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01790224622976417696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7444752666375486356.post-64811474239825550912009-02-17T03:22:00.000-07:002009-02-17T03:22:00.000-07:00You look so cute.
